About Park Guell Apartament

This fantastic apartment, located in the safe and stylish Gracia district, is only 5 minutes walk away from Gaudi´s famous Park Guell. It´s only a 1 minute walk from the metro stop Lesseps on line 3, which goes directly to Placa Catalunya and Las Ramblas, and is on many bus routes - numbers 28, 87, 92 and 129. The building is in rationalist style and each apartment has recently been refurbished.The rooms are full of light and large with ensuite bathroom

The private apartment has one big bedroom with a king-size double bed. There´s a sofabed in the living room which can be made into an extra double bed. It also has a private bathroom and large kitchen, which is fully equipped for preparing your own meals. The property is family-orientated, and we have a no smoking policy. No stag or hen parties allowed.
Advise about arrival time.

Check in time from 12 am till 2 am but they can leave theire bags in our office from 10 am.
Check out is 11 am
Cleaning upon departure is not included has an extra cost of 30 eur for the rooms and 50 eur for the apartment.
