The rooms are comfortables and clean and the situation is the centre of the town, nearest to Plaza Paraiso and Aragon only 5 0r 8 minutes walking.Only 50 metres you have the bus stop to the monumets of the city ( Pilar church, La Seo Cathedral...) 15 minutes walking or 8 minutes with bus.

1 SINGLE room 8 or 10 square metres with a bigcupboard, desk, chair, night table, lamps...bed of 105 cms, window.

4 DOUBLE rooms 10 to 12 square metres with a bigcupboard, desk, chair, night table, lamps...double bed of 135 cms and single armchair, window.

1 SPECIAL DOUBLE room of 14 square metres with a bigcupboard, desk, chair, night table, lamps...double bed of 135 cms and big sofa,TV, windows to the street.

The flat has calefacction and WIFI in all rooms.
The bathroom number 1 has 6 square metres and it is complete with bath.
The bathroom number 2 is 3 square metres and it is complete with shower.
The kitchen has all the electrodomestics that the guest can need : knives, spoons, forks, friying pan, sauce pan, pots, glasses, plates or dishes, microwaves...
Linen sheets and towels are includes.
A single Breakfast is included, consisting of milk, pastries, muffins, butter, orange juice, peach juice, pineapple juice, coffee, cola cao, sugar, toasts and sausage. But you have to do it.
