Welcome to Baboona Beachfront Living...built in January of 2005, we offer an unique beachfront living destination with the view of the Pattaya Bay, situated on the happening beach road of North Pattaya.

With our hotel-liked serviced apartment ambience, the building itself provides you the best comfort and is designed for the twenty-first century traveller. Its 39 rooms provide you the amenities to ensure comfort with quality that make your first visit become a life-long visiting experience.

1. Cancellations for Low Season (Now - 31 Oct 09 and 1 Apr 10 - 31 Oct 10), can be made at least 2 days prior to guest's arrival date, or penalty 1 night.

2. Cancellations for High Season (1 Nov 09 - 31 Mar 10) except Peak period, can be made at least 5 days prior to guest's arrival date, or penalty 1 night.

3. Cancellations for Peak Season (24 Dec 09 - 4 Jan 10), can be made at least 7 days prior to guest's arrival date, or penalty 3 nights.

4. No Show will carry a penalty fee of 1 night.
