Situated in the heart of the eternal city and stones throw from all the major monuments a nice warm reception in an sunny apartment of 3 rooms very well located between Termini station and the Colosseum.If you want peace and tranquility this is the place to be.Free Breakfast includes coffee or tea,milk,bread toasted,plumcake,cookies,jam,honey,butter and NUTELLA chocolate paste.It is located ten minutes by foot to the main train station Termini and 7 minutes to the Coloseum and all the other main attractions ,well linked at metro stop Vittorio.OPTIONAL:Cheap pick up service with my car from/for both the airports of Rome,Fiumicino or Ciampino.---We also accept big groups of guests or more room reservations,so we accommodate our extra guests in another apartment in the same management that offers private rooms /WC or beds in shared room, in another building in the same area,around piazza (square) Vittorio Emmanuele, with the same facilities at the same price.Once our guests arrived in our hostel ,our staff will provide your accommodation.---NO SMOKING PLEASE ----In Italy since the the 10th january of 2005 the smoking is banded and forbiden in every indoor public place,so the innkeeper is enthusiastic to have quiet and notsmoking people as guests.CANCELLATION POLICY-It's allowed to cancel only 48 hours before the date of check-in (12 AM )and keep the first 2 nights of the stay..---RECEPTION INFORMATION:---PLEASE arrive and check-in here From 9:00 AM to 24:00 PM only (for all guest with or without reservations),we cannot have 24 hrs reception,because our staff need the rest to wake up early next day.For next days we give you the keys so no curfew.---Check-in is possible when the room is ready to occupy.---Check-out is allowed until 10.00 AM only or earlier,because we need to clean the bedroom as soon as possible.---Deposit luggages is accepted.Pls. ask our staff for more information.
