The city is surrounded by beautiful beaches and tropical islands, each one a 'gem' in its own right, ideal for sailing, deep sea fishing, swimming, snorkeling,diving, etc.,.

Located a short two blocks away from the center of Salvador's nightlife, the Pelourinho, the pousada offers a peaceful tranquil sanctuary from the continuous party atmosphere of the area.

The pousada offers a place for you to relax and recharge your batteries after a long trip or heavy partying.

Pousada da Saude's suites are large and will comfortably accommodate up to 10 people; two in one double (King Size) bed and 8 single beds. Two of the suites can be booked as a Private Room and three of the suites are mixed dormitories. Private Rooms are charged for two persons, per night, per room and for every extra person/bed in a Private Room, BRL 50,- is charged, per night. The Mixed Dormitories are BRL 45,- per bed, per night. During Carnaval-week (17 Feb 2009 - 25 Feb 2009) there is a flat rate of BRL 120,- per person, per night and suites can only be used as Mixed Dormitory.

Each of the suites have their own bathroom, TV, fan, fully equiped kitchen and we offer a continental breakfast included.
