LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION: Located in the center of it all! Le Jazz is on rue Ontario at the corner of rue Saint Denis, positioned in the heart of the Latin Quarter that is known best for its cafes, bars, theatres, boutiques, and artistic atmosphere. Just outside and surrounding the hostel are hundreds of restaurants and bars frequented by travelers as well as students from the many colleges and universities in the area. Everything is within walking distance including Rue Sherbrooke, Boulevard St. Laurent-- 'The Main', and St. Catherine Street, the Plateau, the Gay Village, Universite du Quebec a Montreal (UQAM), and McGill University. Public transportation- both subways and the main bus station, are minutes away!

ATMOSPHERE: Le Jazz hostel is in a charming building over 100 years old and tastefully decorated with antique decor and providing an intimate feel. Formerly known as the VIP Loft Hotel and now under new management, Le Jazz is part bed and breakfast with plush private ensuite rooms, and part hostel with spacious, clean, and inexpensive dorms.

Walk across the quaint outdoor patio and you’ll find out brand new Antique Garage, equipped with full-service guest kitchen, internet kiosks, large screen cable TV, a couch and tables – a perfect place to grab a meal, meet up with friends, or relax after a full day of sightseeing. We’ve also amped up the heat – so come in and dry off your snow-boots while watching a movie!

----> Cafe seating, a comfortable couch and a big screen 42 Inch HDTV with DVD player and Cable television.
----> The perfect place to cozy up in the winter, hang out, meet people, or pick up a book from our lending library to browse through.

***NOTE***
- Unlike other Jazz Hostels, Le Jazz St. Denis does not have a 24-hour check-in. Our reception closes at 3 am. Please email or call us if you plan to arrive after 11 PM to notify our reception.

***POLICIES***
 Like all 3rd party booking sites, taxes are not included in the rates shown. Taxes in Montreal are approximately 16% and will be added to the total when you check in to the hostel
 Check-in time is 3 pm and Check-out is 11 am
 14 days is our maximum stay at ALL Jazz Hostels
 You must be 18 years of age to check in
 Cancellations or changes must be notified to the hostel phone or email at least 24 hours in advance, before 1pm via. In case of a 'NO SHOW,' a total of one night will be charged.
 Valid Passport required for check in
