About European Guesthouse

European Guesthouse is a cosy, clean and affordable guesthouse located in the backpackers' heart of Siem Reap - surrounded by vibrant Cambodian culture and enriched with magnificent temples and ancient history.

We offer 14 clean, spacious and comfortable rooms at backpacker prices. European Guesthouse also has a little tropical garden with a fish pond, palm trees and hammocks which are very popular after long days in the temples.

Whether you are looking for an adventure or just a place to unwind after long days in the temples, there is a friendly ambience at the European Guesthouse. The in-house restaurant serves a carefully selected mixture of Asian and Western food, as well as some popular Swedish dishes like Falukorv and Swedish Meatballs (svenska kottbullar). The bar is a popular hang-out place where you will meet other travellers and long-term volunteers, and you will have the chance to read a book, enjoy an ice-cold Angkor beer or try our signature drink 'Happy Henrik'.

For those who want to go and see the spectacular sunrises at the temples, both bicycles, motos and tuk-tuks can be arranged, and breakfast can be prepared for you to go.
