The Savoy Boutique Hotel building was constructed in 1890 and renovated in 2006 in the style of art deco. The hotel stands out for its decoration and the use of luxurious materials and various elements of modern art.

In the 13th century, the Cattle Gate and Cattle Mill, vital institutions for the citizens, were located here. In the beginning of the 20th century, residential and bank buildings were built on the premises; the buildings were later extended and the two houses conjoined.
