Nicely renovated, completely furnished, 72 sqm-ed, modern-style 2 room apartment (1 bedroom plus living room) on the 2nd floor without lift, with view to the street, with new furnitures, fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine, tubed bathroom and WiFi internet connection, for 1-6 people, at central location, in the neighbourhood of the New York Palace (Boscolo Luxury Hotel), between the 1st biggest synagogue of Europe and Blaha Lujza square with excellent public transportation.

Available beds: 1 double bed in the bedroom plus 2 double rollaway beds in the living room, for maximum 6 persons.

Wi-Fi Internet connection and linen are included.

2009 PRICES

Winter season prices (1 Oct - 31 Mar): 42 E/night. Summer season prices (1 Apr - 31 Sep): 54 E/night. Special prices (during Formula 1 Grand Prix, Easter, Christmas, New Year's Eve and Sziget Festival periods): 90 E/night. The rental price is not depends from the number of guests.

POLICIES

Minimum stay is 2 nights. The payment is in cash on arrival. We prefer euro or hungarian forint payments. If you make your reservation directly by e-mail, you do not need pay any deposit. Check out: until 11 a.m., check in: after 15 p.m. We reserve the right to charge a half day rental price if you arrive earlier or leave later then our allotted checking time. We reserve the right to charge for the first night in case of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours before your fixed arrival.
