Nikol-Berlin is a 40 square metre apartment, featuring a terrace and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment was completely refurbished with new furniture in September 2008.

The apartment is within easy walking distance of the world-famous KaDeWe department store, the Europa-Center, the Gedachtniskirche (Memorial Church) and the Kurfurstendamm (Ku'Damm) shopping and entertainment boulevard.

In addition to the Zoologischer Garten (Zoo) station, there are 2 underground railway stations close to the apartment. The excellent public transport links take you easily to all major sights in and around Berlin, including the ICC exhibition centre.

All guests at the Apartment Nikol enjoy free wireless internet.
There is rent-a-car office on the ground floor of the building.

Please contact the apartment at least one hour before arrival, to arrange the handover of the keys.

A EUR 50 deposit will be charged on arrival and refunded on departure.
There is an additional final cleaning cost of EUR 30.

Please note that a fee of EUR 15 will be charged for late check-in (after 21:00) and for early check-out before (08:00).
