About La Caribella

La Caribella is a budget studio rental building with 6 units, 5 are one room, (2 in the front with street access, 2 in the middle and one in the back) and 1 is a two bedroom upstairs with balconies with an ocean view.
The one room studios have a double bed, a table for 2, a kitchenette with a 2 burner stove, small fridge, and coffemaker,private bathroom with hot and cold water, these DO NOT have balconies.
The two bedroom unit has a bedroom at each end with a double bed in each, one has a futon, so you could sleep 6: and a kitchenette with stove, fridge, coffeemaker, pots, pans, utensils, and a bathroom between them. This is the only unit with balconies.
All units have an in room safe. Housekeeping is once per week, towels and linens are provided. It has a rooftop patio with a view of the bay (over the Navy base) for get togethers.

Juarez is a quiet street, 3 blocks from the main square, within walking distance to the beach, groceries, nightlife, restaurants and shopping.
We have a minimum stay of 3 nights, all stays are paid in advance, we require a $50 US damage deposit refundable upon departure.
