About San Roque

We have a two-level building and 22 Rooms fully furnished and with the following services:
* Air conditioning.
* Cable Television.
* Wireless Internet.
* Washing and drying clothes of the guests.
* Coffee, tea, purified water.
* Clean the apartment.
*24 horas de recepcion.
We have private rooms and rooms which are rented by beds per night., Besides having great fully furnished apartments.
****We accept credit cards Visa and Masters card.
·All courses and expeditions are subject to acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the trip and the signing of a Release Waiver Form.
Cancellation conditions: CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: NOTE: Due to the nature and heavy costs of government and operator permits, Peak Freak Expeditions must adhere to a stringent refund policy. Specific brochure cancellation and refund policies may supercede those enumerated below.
·Each deposit, regardless of amount, includes a $50.00 non-refundable registration fee.
·All refunds, less registration fee, will be provided 90- days prior to course, trek and/or expedition date.
·50% refunds will be provided 60-89 days prior to course, trek and /or expedition date.
·No refunds will be provided 59 days prior to course, trek and/or expedition date.
·For trips exceeding $10,000.00, specialized refund policies may apply.
·All refunds request must be made in writing and be received in our office within the 90- day period, as stated above.
·All balances are due 90 days prior to departure date unless otherwise specified.
·Participants whose balances are not received by the 90-day deadline as stated above, risk forfeiture of their place on the expedition.
