About Homestay & Guesthouse Manida

Homestay & mini guesthouse Manida is situated in heart of Isaan, Thailands agricultural North East, 20 km South of Khon Kaen city.

You live amongs the local people, mostly rice farmers, but stay in a comfortable room in a hybrid Thai/modern village house. The atmosphere in the village is very relaxed and friendly. It is a fantastic place to observe life of ordinary Thai people in their daily life.

There is a programme for you if you wish: going to the field with a Thai family to plant rice or going on excursions, with or without an English speaking guide.

Upstairs is made of 100% teakwood and there are two bedrooms, one with airco, the other one with fan. You also can use the cozy living room upstairs.

In the garden is a traditional bamboo house where meals can be taken. And if you wish you can even take Thai cooking lessons and learn how to make a green curry or hot and spicy soup!
