TIU Kiev Central station, one nice cozy hostel localized close to the train station and not more than 20 minutes from the city center just got reorganized and under new management, improving even more the called Backpackers Love Hostel. We are all new: character, atmosphere, staff, facilities and a big amount of information for those backpacking in Kiev, Ukraine and/or Eastern Europe.

WE ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT (5th of October), under Brazilian relaxed yet effective way, forget about what happened before, now the place is working and with full facilities.

We are ready to offer you a good place to sleep and feel the home atmosphere that only the TIU hostels can offer. Like most of our places, we are a small business intended to give you the best price for a comfortable environment with information that can turn your trip into the most pleasant and cheap way.

With no typical hostel association rules, our tendency to find something free to give to the guests, spontaneous drunk moments of the staff, guests and some unexpected visitor, turn our place into a safe area for any traveller with no sense of time and maybe space - when you might decide to sleep at our kitchen table.

Our location, just 12 minutes walking from the train station, brings you to a calm neighborhood, not longer than 20 minutes walking through nice streets of Kiev, passing to Zoloti Vorota (Golden Gate) towards the Saint Sofia Cathedral and heading down to the Independence Square.

This for sure gives you one of the best locations with a cheaper cost, since the cheap restaurants, cafes and 24 hours super markets are never at the main avenue or city center square.

Connected with our other places, prepare to meet nice hidden pubs and bars in a pub crawl, meeting people from the other TIU hostels and our local friends, immersing into Kiev the way we live here.

Kiev is more than drinking and doesn't matter the time and season of the year you find the beauty, special tours and culture... even sliding over the icy sidewalks around december, but we can slide into a cafe and hot chocolate.

Inside our hostel you will have Cable TV, wi-fi Internet access, DVD, book exchange, maps, guides and a lot of information given from people that travel and helps running the hostel. We don't have extras hidden into the prices and prepare to relax inside our 'bubble' without any nationality, anger or bad behavior.

We can do Sauna Parties at one of our hostels that has Sauna and almost every night, drinking in our local bar or cooking for everybody.

A brief description of our facilities:

Dorm - Bunk Beds, disposed into a light carpet covered room, warm at winter time with our windows closed

and fresh air during the summer.

Privates - We dispose of 2 private rooms, one bigger with a balcony and another one smaller and cozy, both are double-bed.

Common Room - Plasma TV, DVD, Cable with english speaking channels, also together some guides, books and maps of surrounding countries.

Kitchen - Equiped with everything you might want for preparing nice meals with you new friends at the hostel.

We have two showers with good hot water and towels are included in our price, also a 'do yourself' breakfast, where you get eggs, coffee, milk, butter, jam in the morning, as a typical backpacker.
