WE rent some apartments in Venice from 2 to 6 people at S. Croce, near train station and Piazzale Roma (bus terminal).All the apartment are classified from the Province of Venice of first categories and they are for longer and shorter periods.The aparmtents have kitchen, living-room, bathroom with shower or bath and beds: matrimonials, singles, sofabed with 2 single beds. It has also air conditioning, heating, small garden outside where you can eat and relax, hair-dryer, sheets and towels(that are changing twice a week), dishies and all for cook.All the apartment are no-smoking.FOR THE PERIOD FROM 22/12/07 TO 06/01/2008 WE ACCEPT ONLY RESERVATION FOR MINIMUM 3 NIGHTS.CANCELLATION POLICY:from 8 to 4 days before the arrival 50%, from 3 daysto 0 days before the arrival and no-show there are 100% of total.
