Open to travellers who like art & design! We are a new concept of Hostel in Sao Paulo in a creative atmosphere that expose and allow upcoming artists & designers the opportunity to display their works inside our hostel.

Now, you can choose to enjoy the cool spirit of Vila Madalena Hostel at an strategic and exclusive location on the outskirts of the suburbs Vila Madalena and Pinheiros, for those who want to stay in a walking distance of metro, buses, main tourist attractions, art galleries, handycraft market, antique stores, bohemian nightlife, clubs of brasilian music, and lost of “bars” and restaurants (Vege, Japanese, Chinese, American, Italian, Moroccan, Arabian, Mexican, French, Chilean, Thai... and brasilians regional foods).

You will enjoy a good accommodation with lockers, new mattress, pillows, towels and sheets of 100% cotton (150 wires), but most of all, a stay in a different and entertaining art house. You will relax in our accomodations and rooms decorated by 50th, 60th and contemporary designers.

Vila Madelana Hostel born from a group of friends which traveled around Brazil and lots of contries enjoying artistics movements. Of course, we know everything about our home city Sao Paulo or Sampa like people call carefully. By this way, we worked hard for to find the best location and offer confortable accomodations with air conditioning from 22pm to 10am, a great breakfast in our newsstand, relaxing area, bookshelf, good music, bikes for rent and everything wich travellers needs. Our hostel will receive you like a friend and our gool is to promove the relationship between all travellers.
We are located just 2 blocks from Benedito Calixto Square, the main Sao Paulo’s market of handicrafts, antiqueties and design. The hostel is a 1 to 15 minutes walking from metro, galleries, antique stores, shops, clubs and lots of cool restaurants. Paulista Avenue and Ibirapuera Square are about 40 minutes walking or 15 minutes by bike! You can also go by metro (15 minutes walking) to everywhere around the city!

Everybody who likes art, would like to live or already live in this area! You will be also involved in that atmosphere and whishing be with us! We recomend you to stay at minimun of 3 days. There are lots of things to do! Believe us! We always listen our friends saying “I would like to be here one more day, but I can’t, I have to go...! We can help you to plan your trip around Sao Paulo, Brazil or South America.

We offers dorms or private rooms with coletive toilet in a very clean and comfortable atmosphere. There is an open kitchen, area with cable TV, free internet access and wi-fi, books, bikes to hire, free drinking water, refresh area and other things that you will be surprised!
