About Hostel St 23
St 23 is a new hostel in the center of Phnom Penh. It is within easy walking distance of the river, Wat Phnom, Central Market, and the Royal Palace. For now, it is a small hostel having only 11 beds.
On the first level is a cafe' and bar. The actual hostel is on the second level. The roof is covered, and is a great place to take in the view and constant breeze.
Breakfast is not included, but coffee or tea is. Breakfast is only $1.50. We can wash your laundry for a nominal fee.
