We are located in the Upper West Side of Historic Manhattan, in a brownstone building, on a tree lined street, in the Columbia University area, just a 10 minute stroll from Central Park, and a short, subway or bus ride to attractions such as The Museum of Natural History, Tavern on the Green, Lincoln Center, Broadway Theatres, Times Square, and the Apollo Theater.
Our dorms are set in large rooms, where you have plenty of mobility and storage space, and the rooms individually lock. Find yourself carried away by the victorian ambience. Our 5 gorgeous, private bedrooms, and two dorms, are individually decorated with a touch of seven, stately finishes, which draw you into the lives of the previous owners and occupants, past and present. All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions. We welcome overnight stays and do not require any night minimum however in an effort to continue the successful operations of our hostels, add an overnight fee is $ 3.95.

72 hours advance notice for any modifications to your reservations.
7 days advance notice for any modifications to group bookings.
Any cancellation must be made via email at least 48 hours in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.
All No Shows are billed for their first night at regular season rate. High Season Rate is $35.00 per night and low season is $25.00 per night per person.
Booking of 3 or more people are considered as group bookings entitling you to benefits and savings. No modifications of group booking can be made within seven days of arrival.
