Welcome to Lucia's House a nice guesthouse in Nizza di Sicilia, in Taormina’s bay (20 km from Taormina)! We offer you fully furnished private apartments and unexpensive beds in Dorms, equipped with every comfort, in a beautiful modern palace at the heart of the city and suitable for short or long stays. Lucia's House is nearby the beach and many shops, and restaurants along Via Umberto I, and Lungomare.

Nizza di Sicilia exudes a wonderfully un-touristy and authentic feeling. The city is real sunny, and alive. It makes a great base for travels to Taormina, Giardini Naxos, Alcantara Gorge, Mount Etnea, Palermo, Noto, Siracusa, Agrigento and Piazza Armerina daily departures from Taormina (more info: SAT Group)

Bus directly from Nizza di Sicilia (the stop of that bus is just five minutes walk from the house) to Taormina 1 hour about. (Interbus line)
Our facilities are clean, secure, and relaxing, and located within the conveniences of the DownTown area where many cultural and culinary discoveries await you.
We have apartments for singles as well as units accommodating one, two, or three people.
Each apartment has a bedroom, bathroom with shower, furnished kitchen, and a living room area. Our units also include TV, hair drier, internet access, laundry.
Our apartments offer our guests autonomy and privacy.

Our dorms rooms —each accommodating up to 6 persons— are an unexpensive option for those looking for conveniently located, clean, quiet, and relaxing facilities. The dorms consists of a spacious bedroom with a large individual storage lockers; a full bathrooms; and extra is a common room with a furnished kitchen and TV.
Breakfast is not included but we have a fully equipped kitchen which you can use and we provide free corn flakes, tea, coffee and jam.

You can use our free internet or connect to our WIFI network. Our English speaking staff, Joseph and Lucia are always happy to help you with any questions you have about touristics informations, or you can consult our library of guidebooks and maps to give you more detailed information about the city. We will give you a key so that you can come back whatever time you like!

We are ever open, and check-in is available between 12.00 p.m. to 01.00 a.m. from Monday to Saturday
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
When you arrive, please come at our office in Via mazzini 64 Nizza di Sicilia.
For arrivals Sunday please call us in order to organize your check in.

Please note before you book:
- This is a guesthouse, so age restrictions apply. You must be between 12-50 years
- Payment can be made by cash only and must be made at time of check in.
- Airport transport available (for price information please send a mail)
- Payment is due upon arrival. If a reservation is canceled with less than 48 hours notice (unless advice otherwise) prior to the arrival date, the amount charged will be equivalent to the total amount of the first night's reservation. Cancellations or alterations are accepted only via email or fax. Phone cancellations/alterations are not accepted.
- If you cannot meet these conditions you may risk losing your bed.

Please note that the check in time after at 12:00, but if you arrive earlier you can leave the luggage at storage space
