IMPORTANT CANCELLATION POLICY

1.- 15 days before the arrival date, a 20% of the total amount of the booking will be charged.

2.- 5 days before the arrival date, a 50% of the total amount of the booking will be charged.

3.- 2 days before the arrival date, 75% of the total amount of the booking will be charged.

4.- If you cancel the same day of arrival, 100% of the amount of the booking will be charged.

NO SHOW: In case of a No Show, a 100% of the total amount of the booking will be charged

We are situated close to the Cathedral and the maritime promenade in a very quiet area ( As entering by car is only allow for the neigbours and the guests of the hotel) five , ten minutes walking from the main places to visit, the shopping area, restaurants, museums, .... Our guests can enjoy the peace of the country being in the centre of the city of Palma.

The building is a palace of the 16th century which was turned into a hotel in 1995 being transformed into one of the most exquisite and unique establisments on the island, in fact it is the only 5 star hotel in the centre and the only 5 star boutique in the city . Surrounded by artworks of renowned painters and sculptors, as well as by the many original stained-glass windows, guests enjoy the sensation of sojourning in their own private museum.Strolling through it halls and lounges, bathing in the covered pool ( a restored ancient Roman bath), reading by the fireplace, or relaxing to the agreable splash of the patio fountain are inimitable experiences to be sauvored. Moreover from the spacious rooftop solarium guests can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the Bay of Palma and the Cathedral.

The hotel has 12 rooms with composers names , 5 double rooms and 7 suites ( One junior suite , two standard suites and four luxe suites) , with accents of Majorcan furniture dating from the 17th and 18th century centuries counterpointed with modern paintings and sculptures with all of the most up-to-date services. Every room has something special the double rooms are more similar between them but the suites are completely different in size, distribution , .... decoration elements, ...

Although we are a small hotel we offer our guest all the services, a selection of Harrods tea and coffees is prepared in the afternoon in our kitchen Monet ( A reproduction of the Monet kitchen in Giverny in Fance) , complimentary Sherry is served in the evening in the bar, we have a massage menu with masoterapist and naturist treatments , we also have a bath preparation service for the Jakuzzi of the rooms with essential oils and candles, …In the rooms we have bathrobes , slippers, a complete selection of amenities, coffee and tea making facilities, pillow and water menu, satellite tv, internet conection,….

We have a most personalised service, we have not staff we have personal assistants who accomplish all the needs and desires of our guests. We have no fixed timetable , we adapt everything to each guest and its personal requests.
