This quite apartment is located in the heart of the Barceloneta, just 5 minutes from the beach and a 15 minute walk from Las Ramblas. It is absolutely perfect for two people looking for a little peace and quiet, a relaxing beach getaway, but next to the city life.

This cozy apartment is fully furnished and is ready for your stay. The one bedroom is large and comfortable. The bed is double and it is arranged with all bed linens. There is a large closet and a chest of drawers. Towels are included too.

There are a living-room with a double sofa-bed, dinning table & chairs and TV. A fully equipped American kitchen is available too. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

Also, AC/Heating is available in the apartment.

If you want to get a relaxing city-beach holiday, this is a perfect little apartment for getting it.

NOTE: There is not lift in the building. The flat is on 3rd floor.

PRICES included taxes, sheets and towels.
Besides, one time 35 euros cleaning fee is required.
There is a 200 euros in cash required for a DEPOSIT like a guarantee. In the check-out day we will return you the 200E when your give us back the keys.

*Please provide your arrival time in the comments section in order to set your check-in time properly. Including a contact phone number is also very helpful to us so that we have a means of contacting you should there be any delay with your arrival.

REMINDER: Please CALL US IN ADVANCE WHEN YOU ARRIVE TO BARCELONA to the telephone number appears in your booking confirmation to set the time up to meet you to collect the keys.

LATE CHECK IN FEE: For all arrival after 21.00, a late check-in fee will be applied to the total cost of your stay.
BETWEEN 21:00 pm and 23:00 am: 20 euros
BETWEEN 23:01 am and 01:00 am: 35 euros
BETWEEN 01:01 pm and 03:00 am: 50 euros

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancell your reservation, please advice us 48 hrs in advance to your arrival date. Otherwise, the first night will be charged into your credit card.
