Completely new apartment, placed in the heart of Barcelona, next to Las Ramblas and to the Liceu Opera House.

Liceu Apartment is a comfortable apartment of 45 m2, completely equipped. This holiday flat has one double bedroom with twin beds, one bathroom, a fully equipped American kitchen, one living room with a sofa-bed (1,35 width by 1,90 length) and a dining area.

The apartment has facilities as TV, AC/Heating, hairdryer, iron and iron board and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils for cooking, eating and storing foods.
Also, there is Wi-Fi Internet connection.

The apartment is located just 5 minutes to walk from Las Ramblas, and 10 minutes to walk from Placa Catalunya. Very easy to catch it and well connected with the entire city.

Las Ramblas, with a 2 km extension, this picturesque avenue stretches out from Plaza Catalunya to the port of Barcelona. Along its way, you will find small flower and animal shops, news stands and a great variety of street artists.

Also, you will be able to visit there the famous food market La Boqueria, the Liceu theatre, Antonio Gaudi’s Palau Guell and the Plaza Real square, with its famous lanterns also designed by Gaudi.

At the end you will come up with the magnificent statue of Christopher Columbus and just a few steps ahead you will find the Maritime Museum, the modern Maremagnum complex (with plenty of bars, restaurants and discotheques), Barcelona’s Aquarium and the IMAX cinema.

Besides, one time 40 euros cleaning fee is required.

There is a 200 euros in cash required for a DEPOSIT like a guarantee. In the check-out day we will return you the 200E when you give us back the keys.

CHECK IN TIME: From 11:30am to 21:00pm

EXTRA CHARGES LATE ARRIVALS:
BETWEEN 21:00 pm and 23:00 pm: 20 euros
BETWEEN 23:01 pm and 01:00 am: 35 euros
BETWEEN 01:01 am and 03:00 am: 50 euros

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancell your reservation, please advice us 72 hrs in advance to your arrival date. Otherwise, the first night will be charged into your credit card. If you cancell during 24 hrs before your arrival date, then the total amount will be charged into your credit card.
