City diamond is a lovely first floor apartment that includes 2 bedrooms (one single bedroom and one room with a double sofa bed), bathroom, open living room with an equipped kitchen and balcony. The apartment is bright and well designed with double glazing and air-condition. Groceries, bakery, pharmacy, bank and exchange office are all within a minute away. It is just fifteen minutes away by public transport from the city centre. The bus stops 20m from the front door. We offer all the advantages of private apartment lodging, independence and privacy!

Two TV`s, DVD, Air Conditioning, Heating, Seating Area, Balcony, Hairdryer, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Ironing Facilities, Vacuum Cleaner.

We offer airport/train/bus station shuttle to and from the apartment. The prices are E20(airport)and E10(train/bus station) for return ride. We also offer pick up service from Slavija Square in the case you use Jat Airways shuttle to this point(the price is E10 return ride).

Requirements:

This apartment requires a breakage deposit of E 50. It is refunded on the day of departure.
