About Metadee Resort

Metadee Resort Phuket is located in Kata beach area, approximately 15 minutes from Patong - Phuket’s vibrant tourist area and just under an hour drive from Phuket International Airport.
Kata beach is renowned for its beauty, clean and ideal for family vacation and honeymoon couples.
At Metadee Resort, we provide 76 deluxe rooms and villas, comprising of 24 deluxe pool view room, 24 deluxe pool access, 9 access pool villas and 19 private pool villas. All of which are surrounded by a giant free-form swimming pool. All rooms and villas have contemporary design with a unique local twist. In-room amenities ensure that our guests have ultimate luxury and comforts.
Himmphan (means Cashew Nut in Thai) Restaurant offers an all-day dining menu, serving favorite Asian and European dishes, including seafood with the freshest local ingredients. A chill out bar located by the pool is a favourite rendezvous, serving favorite cocktails, spirits, or freshly squeezed fruit juices.
Metadee Resort also provides a meeting space for those looking for venue for a private meeting. Our exclusive meeting room offers magnificent view of the resort and is capable of accommodating up to 60 delegates.

CONDITIONS
1.Child Policy:
- Child under age of 12 years, sharing the same room with parents not requiring an extra bed, ABF is payable @ THB 250.-
- Child sharing the same room with parents requiring an extra bed, an extra bed costs THB 600
2.Compulsory Gala Dinner on 24th Dec’ 09 @ THB 3,500.- (Adult) and THB 1,750.- (Child)
Compulsory Gala Dinner on 31st Dec’ 09 @ THB 4,500.- (Adult) and THB 2,250.- (Child)
3.Check-in: 1400 hours and Check-out: 1200 Noon
4.Minimum stay of 3 nights required during Peak Season (21 Dec’ 09 - 10 Jan’ 10)
5.Our resort accept Visa and Master Card

No Show Policy
No show: During Low Season / High Seas have a penalty fee of 1 night stay
During Peak Season has a penalty fee of equivalent to 100% of the total stay

Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations for Low Season (Now – 31 Oct’ 09 and 1 Apr’ 10 – 31 Oct’ 10 ), can be made at least 7 days prior to guest's arrival date, or penalty of 1 night
2. Cancellations for High Season ( 1 Nov’ 09 – 20 Dec’ 09 and 11 Jan’ 10 – 31 Mar’ 10), can be made at least 14 days prior to guest's arrival date, or penalty of 1 night
3. Cancellations for Peak Season (21 Dec’ 09 - 10 Jan’ 10), can be made at least 21 days prior to guest's arrival date, or penalty 100% of the total stay.
