YES!!! We are opening our Che Lagarto Hostel in Paraty, Brazil, so we would be able to accompany you in this amazing Brazilian destination.

The new hostel in Paraty will have both private and shared rooms, with private bath and air conditioning in superior apartments. As always it will have the best common areas, tv room, bar and the cool atmosphere that characterizes us for you to enjoy your trip around South America with most kind, entertaining and professional staff.

Paraty's historical city is very known by its natural beauties. Located in the Green Coast region, in the south coastline of the State of Rio of Janeiro, Paraty possesses paths, waterfalls, paradisaical places for skin-diving and beaches that are considered some of the best of Brazil.

However, nature is not the only attraction of Paraty, the city is also famous by its varied cultural activities such as the International Literary Festival of Paraty, Music, Cinema, Art, Theatre and Cooking Festivals and Pinga Fest (typical drink of the region, the cachaca), that shooks the city all the year.

In Che Lagarto we will offer you walks along the best beaches, baths in the waterfalls, visits to alembics of cachaca, barbecues by the swimming pool and a lot of fun. Besides, a lot of adventure sports can be practiced, as rappel, cascading, canyonnig, bike and horse rides, arvorismo, surf lessons and boat rides along the bays and Paraty's islands. We can guarantee that you are going to be charmed with Paraty's marvels and Che Lagarto's activities.

At night before heading for the Historical Centre our bar is one of the best choices, always filled up with nice people, good music, parties and barbecues by the pool. And the Historical Centre itself has a huge variety of bars, restaurants and traditional city parties that will make Paraty nights unforgettable.
