The Louisa apartments & rooms are convieniently located only 100 meters from Pelekas beach on the west coast of Corfu.The Beautiful sunsets of the west coast can be enjoyed from either your private balcony (where available) or directly from the beach.All of the rooms and apartments enjoy air conditioning, private bathrooms, private kitchens and clean, comfortable surroundings.A range of rooms and apartments are available offering spacious accomodation for 2 or 3 people with private bathrooms and kitchens, plus a family apartment accomodating 5 people in 2 bedrooms plus a sofa in the main lounge area complete with private bathroom, private kitchen and a lounge area.All rooms and apartments offer free air conditioning and satellite televisions in all bedrooms.The surrounding area of Pelekas beach finds a small and friendly community of local tavernas and restaurants located both on the beach and nearby.The beach itself is a safe, flat & family friendly beach with lifeguards on duty daily during the main summer season, changing cubicles, showers and a range of watersport activities (outside of the main family area). The beach has also been awarded a blue flag for cleanliness, services and quality of water. Access to a Supermarket is located next door to the apartments offering a wide range of supplies for the self caterer.All linen is included in the accomodation. The nearest village to the Pelekas beach community is the hill top village of Pelekas. During the summer months, a free local bus runs between Pelekas beach and Pelekas for easy access. Pelekas offers a wider range of bars restaurants and Cafe's as well as internet cafe's.The main city, and usual point of entry to Corfu is Corfu town, located on the east cost of the island just 12Km away.A public bus operates several times per day between Pelekas and Corfu town with fares only 1 Euro per person, each way.Pelekas beach is an ideal base for exploring the island and Car and scooter hire can be arranged.The main highlights to see on the island include the new and old forts in Corfu Town, The Pantokrator mountain in the north and a well equipped Waterpark offering fun for all the family.
