VILLA DARRER is located in Bosanka, a peaceful hilltop settlment high above the main road leading to Old Town Dubrovnik. This location allows guests to experience the best of both worlds: The tranquility, privacy and panoramic views of the countryside, along with the close proximity /a short 5-10 minute drive/ to the seaside and the heart of Dubrovnik. The villa is comprised of 5 newly-constructed apartments which can sleep a total of 16 – 18 people.All units are equipped with kitchenette, air conditioning, satellite TV and wireless internet access. The highlight of this villa is its 8m x 3,5 m swimming pool and lounge area, perfect for lazy days off from sightseeing and exploring the town.Guests also can use a barbecue grill on the back terrace.This property is best suited for guests travelling with a car, although it is possible to travel back & forth to town via bus (take the # 17 from the nearby bus stop) or taxi.

NIKO (No. 1) is a studio apartment that sleeps 2 on a sofabed.It is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, kitchenette, wireless internet access, and a terrace.

MARE (No. 2) is a studio apartment that sleeps 2 on a sofabed.It is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, kitchenette, wireless internet access and a smal balcony which overlooks the pool.

BOBE (No. 3) is a 1-bedroom apartment with double bed. It is equipped with air conditioning (in both the living room and bedroom), satellite TV, kitchenette and wireless internet access.It sleeps 2 with the possibility of an additional 2 guests on the living room sofabed.

ADRIANO (No. 4) is a 1-bedroom apartment with double bed.It is equipped with air conditioning (in both the living room and bedroom), satellite TV, kitchenette, wireless internet access and balcony. It sleeps 2, with the possibility of an additional 2 guests on the living room sofabed.

FRANE (No. 5) is a spacious 2-bedroom apartment with double beds. It is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, kitchenette, wireless internet access and 2 balconies ( 1 of which overlooks the pool).It sleeps 4, with the possibility of an additional guest on an extra bed in both bedrooms.

Use of air conditioner or heater costs an additional 5 EUR per day, which is to be paid directly to the owner at the end of your stay.

 All properties are fully equipped with crockery/cutlery and cooking utensils. There is also an iron, a toaster and a kettle. Kitchens have 2 ring hob, fridges and small outdoor
 The sojourn tax is paid daily per a person and is from 1st June till 30th September Euros 0,60 (in kunas 4,00 ); from 1st January till 31st May and from 1st October till 31st December is Euros 0,40 (in kunas 2,50).
 Clean bed linen and towels are provided at the beginning of your stay and apartments are cleaned once a week.
 Optional air conditioning and heating at 5 Euros per day
 There is a 20% supplement for stays less than 3 days
 A 30% deposit is payable at the time of booking and is not refundable in the event of cancellation or non arrival.
 Rental starts at 14.00 on day of arrival and property must be vacated by 12 noon on day of departure.
 The new swimming pool is available for residents only of the property. It is freshwater and is 8 x 3.50 metres with the deepest part at 1.6 metres. The pool is used at your own risk.

 There is a local bus n. 17 which operates several times a day.
 Grocery starter pack
You can pre-order a starter pack which will be placed in apartment before your arrival. It contains the basics – water, milk, wine (one bottle of each), juice, bread, cheese, ham, sugar, chocolate, fruit (enough for 2 or 4 persons). The cost is 20,00 Euros for 2 and 40,00 Euros for 4.
