Cozy and elegant, with a Double bed (and a single bed), antique furniture (Louis-Philippe, 1800), In a modern context, recently opened and furnished in a 'Romantic' style. It is bright, comfortable and spacious, equipped with:

FRIENDLY BIG ROOM
For a family or a friends group, we are pleased to make available to you a BIG room with:
- a double bed and 3 single beds or, alternatively,
- 2 double beds and 1 single bed.
The room is very large, comfortable and bright, has a whole wall window overlooking a charming Venetian square, cosy roof with wooden beams and parquette. The furniture style is 'Romantic' and is entirely new, inaugurated by little. In the night the lights light and the view over the square, giving a warm and charming venetian atmosphere.
It is equipped with:

BRIGHT SINGLE ROOM:
We are pleased to make available to you a bright and comfortable room , its windows overlook in a typical and very quiet 'calle veneziana' (venetian street) at few steps from the channel through which the old bridge 'Ruga Vecchia'.

The bathroom is large, with bath and shower, two sinks and all marble 'travertine'. It is cleaned anddisinfected twice daily.

The second bathroom is little but complet.

The bathroom is very great and it has tub and shower, two sinks, everything in Travertino marble...

The rooms are three: a Single, very bright with two windows; a Triple, ladylike, and a Quintuple, very bright it has a small room with TV for your privacy. The roof have the beams in wood, the pavements are in parquet, there's a view on the Campo Nazario Sauro.
