Set in a new area of Alghero, yet closed to the city centre and the sea, this is a brand new, self catering, apartment, completed in 2008. The building is a 3 storey, indipendend one, very well kept and furnished.

The apartment is made of a living room with kitchen, balcony with garden chairs and table, a double room with double bed and a confortable bathroom with shower.
The apartment is ideal for couples looking for a cozy stay or for small family (max 4 guests).
Please note only double beds available no twin beds.

There is a sofabed (double) in the livingroom suitable for a couple or friends that don't mind sharing the bed!

The apartment has airconditioning.
The Price you see on the website Includes the final cleaning costs and the bedrooms and bathroom linen rentl. NO Extra Charges at Arrival!

babycot can be provided on request only.
we do have parking place for your bikes!

The payment for the stay MUST be paid at arrival and in cash.
We are sorry but we do not accept credit / debit cards or cheques.
