It's a 3-floor villa close 15min from the airport and 4 min to the beaches and Spa, cafes and restaurants-pizzeria, banks and shops, bus stops and post-office, farmacy;

The rooms, bright and spaceful, have beyond the air condition, their own bathroom new, two big windows and terraces with sea-view on the Angels' Bay of Cagliari (and its 12 km of beaches).

The structure is surrounded by a wide and blooming garden of Mediterranean vegetation, being in the peace of the silent countryside, where you can spend your holidays or business trip in a relaxed and friendly, inexpensive environment of the B&B Belvederesulmare in Quartu Sant'Elena, Cagliari.
