La Collina Dei Ciliegi (Cherries'hill) is an Umbrian 18th century's farmhouse which was completely renovated and refurbished with great care and attention to offer confortable and spacious accomodation.

The property is located at 7km from Perugia.

Situated in the Middle Tiber River Valley at abaut m.300 above sea level, between Perugia and Assisi and Assisi and near Torgiano, attactive medieval village, it is surrounded by vineyards, olivegroves,cherry-trees,ash-trees, oaks, alders, and cedars.

The renovations respecting the original architectural forms and materals made a subdivision possible into 7 separate apartment and two double rooms, were the furnishing have been tastefully selected and offers guests maximum confort. A large meadoww surrounds the farmhouse in a 50.000 sq.mts estate completely fenced where it's a private swimming pool and solarium. The olive-grove with of 1000 trees produces a high quality "D O P "olive oil (Protected Origin).

La Collina Dei Ciliegi boasts a marvellous sunny position with stunning views: the Perugia skyline, and in the distance Torgiano, Deruta, Monte Peglia and other places. It is a lovely secluded spot with little to disturb the peace and tranquillity and where it is possible to make sports like jogging, horse- riding, mountain-bike, or visit at the archeologic sites, the medieval villages, or at the monuments of the art cities, as well as to follow wine and gastronomic itineraries.

All apartments, furnished with care and taste have autonomus heating, telephone, satellite TV and video TV, spacious lounge with sofa bed and kitchen unit (crockery, electric oven with 4 ring hob, fridge) with kitchenware, large bathroom with shower cubicle (one apartment with hydromassage, electronic Geberit wc),

All linen is supplied and weekly changed. Fireplace in 5 apartments. Barbecue and gazebo to have meals outside. Special arrangements with shops and near by restaurants to taste the products of the local cuisine
