The HH La Scoiattola is about 18 km from Pisa.
Romantic single cottage adjacent to the manor house set within the hillside of Tuscany, all dipped in the peaceful green of uncontaminated nature.

Comfortable new apartment for 2 to 4 people

The house is very quite, colorful , clean, warm and cosy rooms, on the ground floor ,JUST RENOVATED, ended November 2008!

Ideal for who loves vacations in liberty and autonomy: singles or couplet, families and groups, that will find a friendly and familiar environment.
The apartment for 2 people has a 1double room with a private bathroom + dining room with a full kitchen.
NOTE: it is possible to add 1 twin room (2 beds) with Ensuite private bathroom , extra euro 30 per day, on request. You just need to email us as soon as after you book and so you have a comfortable apartment for 4 people; each bedroom has its own bathroom with hair-dryer and an independent entry!

So, in order to confirm your booking, we kindly ask to send an email with your expected arrival time + number of the guests.

Not too far from Pisa-airport and opposite an international riding school.

The house is situated in the country, surrounded by luscious green fields, woods, meadows and hills. This typically Tuscan landscape is situated a few miles from several towns of historical and architectural interest.

New areas are now available for the guests: a sunny renovated building next to the main house, previously used as a hayloft and featuring typical Tuscan-style refined details (wooden roof beams, pin-spain parquet floorings, sandstone threshold, period furniture), hosts the 'yellow bedroom' (with twin beds) and the 'green bedroom' (with a double bed) , each with a private large bathroom and a private entrance ensuring complete privacy. A breakfast hall and car parking place is available for the guests of both bedrooms.

There is ample car parking.

The owners, retired teachers and experienced travellers, are a vast source of information for the surrounding areas and can point out routes for the guests to find out and enjoy both minor but very interesting unknown places.

We supply our guests with tourist guides, road maps and informative material on wine cellars, trips, outings, wine and gastronomic itineraries and cultural events

Situated not too far from Pisa-airport, where several airlines (RYANAIR, EASYJET;TRANSAVIA�.) operate with low-cost daily flights, the accommodation offers homely comforts, the peacefulness and tranquillity of the country, and at the same time is situated a short drive from the most interesting Tuscan towns:
Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, S. Miniato, S. Gimignano, Firenze, Calci can be reached in very short time; Tirrenia, Viareggio, Marina di Pisa by the coast are only a few minutes drive; Montelupo, the cradle of Tuscan pottery with its famous pottery museum, is at a short drive, the same for the renowned thermal resorts as Casciana Terme, Montecatini Terme, Monsummano Terme, Uliveto Terme with Spa waters to offer lasting health benefits.

One of the largest international indoor riding school (named "Lo Scoiattolo") is opposite, so horse-riding lovers can walk to it.

For your children:
In Peccioli (15 km), the didactic prehistoric park combines the historical scientific information with an opportunity of entertainment with models, in natural size, of prehistoric animals, that are realistic in all the details.
Collodi (35 km) is famous for the Garzoni Gardens and Villa for its Monumental Park dedicated to Pinocchio where you can find the renowned " Toys village".

A limited number of guests allows personal attention to services in complete privacy and the relations with our guests are always marked by their extreme cordiality and hospitality.

AMENITIES:
Rates including 1 set of bath towels and 1 set of bed linings per guest +Free hot showers 24 hours + Free use of kitchen+ water, gas and electrical consumptions +all taxes.
Breakfast not included

EXTRA-MANDATORY FEES: Obligatory final cleaning Euro 50,00.
The cleaning of the kitchen stoves and hob is not included in the rate and have to be returned in a clean condition, and the kitchenware has to be properly washed (if not, guests will be extra charged 20,00 Euros)
The apartment is cleaned every 7 days + Bed linens and towels is changed every 7 days and this service costs 30 Euro/week
In case we have rooms available, we also provide a 'Day-stay' option, in which case we offer you the possibility of keeping your room until 7 p.m. by paying half of the regular room rate.
200 euro deposit for any damage and/or shortage (for a stay over 3 nights). This deposit will be given back to the guests at the end of their stay after checking the flat

NO CURFEW!!! NO LOCKOUT !!!
At your arrival you will take all the keys of the building for have no lockout and a free holidays (no timetables ).
