A COSY AND QUIET SINGLE HOUSE WITH GARDEN
The house has been very recently refurbished in soft neutral colour's creating a relaxing space.

The property features a large modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances for self catering and there is also a pleasant courtyard with garden furniture for alfresco dining, somewhere to relax after a long day sightseeing. If you don't wish to cook, don't worry there are plenty of restaurants nearby or why not just call for pizza!

Here on the Venice mainland we have the ideal property for you to rent, located just 20 minutes by local transport from the centre of Venice in a quiet residential area.

There are two tasteful en suite bedrooms, each can accommodate a large double bed or if prefered they can be split into two singles, also, one of the bedrooms has an additional sofa bed. Each en suite bathroom contains a modern walk in shower unit.
The property would ideally suit two couples or a family of four/five/ six/seven.
