Hotel "Usadba" is located in picturesque and ecological place - Michalkovsky estate near Golovinsky ponds. It was built at the end of the 18th Century and is considered as a historical heritage.

Hotel is located near by the city centre and on the way to Moscow main street - Tverskaya (convenient transport connection). You can easily reach all Moscow highlights, including night clubs, bars, restaurants, pubs, shops, cinemas, museums and theatres. We are located close by underground station "Vodny Stadion", that is a straight line to the international airports "Sheremetievo" and "Domodedovo" and to the main vail road stations.

Our Hotel accommodates a three-floored brick building. We offer you an inexpensive stay in clear, comfortable and modern renovated rooms to 2-8 persons. Our attentive and polite personal will be at service 24 hours a day. Rooms are cleaned every day. Two rooms share 1 WC.
