Set in the peaceful valley of the Limbus wine road, this property offers a wide range of activities or simply a quiet break.

Only minutes from the winter ski or summer mountain bike centre of Pohorje, but also only minutes from charming Maribor city.

The apartment is situated in a wine valley very close to Maribor city centre which is about 10 minutes by car or bus.

It is a peaceful location with plenty of local amenities. Restaurants, bars, a supermarket, butcher and hardware store are all within a few minutes walk. With beautiful views of the vineyards comes the opportunity to sample the local wines from the five wine producers in the valley.

There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with bunk beds, a kitchen/dining area and lounge. A fully fitted bathroom with bath/shower and 'his and hers' basins.
Facilities include cable tv, internet (WiFi), garden and car port.

The balcony is south west facing so enjoys sunshine in the afternoon and evening.
