Summer 2009 (until 17 October 2009):
*cancellation up to 48 hours prior guest arrival: free of charge,
*cancellation later than 48 hours prior guest arrival: first night will be charged

Winter 2009/10 (from 28 November 2009 to 24 April 2010):
*cancellation up to seven days prior guest arrival: free of charge,
*cancellation later than seven days prior guest arrival: first two nights will be charged

Summer 2010 (from 4 June 2010 to 17 October 2010):
*cancellation up to 48 hours prior guest arrival: free of charge,
*cancellation later than 48 hours prior guest arrival: first night will be charged
