Tzam Poc Resort is situated 150 Km. from the capital (Guatemala city), the property is located in Santa Catarina Palopo overlooking the beautiful lake Atitlan.The property disposes of three different sizes villas, in a 7,000 mq park, with a wonderful view of the lake, with a swimming-pool, jacuzzi, sauna and small beauty centre. We offer villas for rent and Bed and Breakfast service. Our biological orchard provides us with some of the fruits and vegetables we serve to our clients. Other services such as laundry, cook and chauffer can be organised if desired. There is also a helipad nearby. Our acommodation consists of:Villa Principal The master villa (600 mq) built in mediterranean style is composed of a main entrance, dining room, one host bathroom, two master bedrooms each with private bathroom, two double bedrooms with one bathroom. A main kitchen and a summer kitchen are present both fully equipped. Breakfast can be served on a wonderful terrace adorned by flowers, while 350 mq of lakeview terrace surround the villa.
