The rooms are part of a friendly international family house (Dutch and Brazilian) in the Southeast of Munich, located next to the Trade Fair center and two large shopping malls. The historical city centre of Munich is approximately 30 min away with very convenient means of public transport. One of the rooms is a spacious one (40 sqm),located in the attic of the house, fully-furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, big sofa, fridge and a cable tv. The room is very cosy, comfortable and perfect for two people. There is however enough room for 3(1 extra couch(bed) available).The other room (Guest room) is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. It is smaller but very bright and welcoming. NOTE THAT IN THIS ROOM IS NO PLACE FOR OTHER BED!! The bathroom with WC and bath is shared with the hosts. A washing machine is available for use in the cellar. Guests are welcome to use the comfortable living room which is equipped with a TV and the garden verandah. Free Internet access is available for guests' convenience.The third room is very spacious, big windows and a very nice balcony (look to the main street). Double bed, TV, table, fridge. This room is located in the first floor of the house. Bathroom outside the room.
