Welcome to the heart of Italy: Villa Maria.Villa Maria is an historical residence and a local monument, and was built between the end of XVII century and the beginning of the Romantic Age. Over the centuries Villa Maria has had glorious guests, from Giuseppe Garibaldi to Goethe, whose expressions of esteem are kept in our visitors' book. It is certainly worth mentioning the wonderful oasis of 1,2 acre full of olive trees, holm-oaks and citrons situated at the foot of Montecatini Alto (the historical medieval town) where the facility is placed. Up to the entire 2005 season, Villa Maria worked as a Bed & Breakfast, with a receptivity of 9 rooms, all furnished in the Ancient style and with the utmost elegance, refinement and care of details.The new three-star Hotel is in the luxury category and is characterised by a modern and minimalist mark in the furnishing, maintaining at the same time the classic and distinctive external features of the original Villa Maria: a pure “Boutique Hotel”, made up of 31 double rooms with fridge-bar, satellite TV, telephone, strongbox, air conditioned, private bathroom with shower and Internet connection. The Hotel would reserve exclusively the entire facility for small groups not exceeding 60 persons, incentives and small meeting. At our customers' disposal there are a beautiful swimming pool with panoramic view, a panoramic solarium sunroof, a multipurpose room suitable for 60 persons, a playground for children, an ample private parking, a bowls area and our concierge assistance. The prices are inclusive of continental buffet breakfast, taxes, service, free parking space and access to the swimming poolCheck-in time at 2:00 p.m.Check-out time at 12:00 a.m.Children policy: 0 – 6 years can share free the room with their parents6 – 12 years – 50 % discountCancellation policy: No penalty will be charged for cancellations received up to 48 hrs before arrival. For reservations cancelled within 2 days prior to arrival, a penalty fee equal to one night stay will be charged, every two reserved nights. In case of early departure or no show, 50 % of the value of the reserved and confirmed nights will be charged as a penalty fee.
