We are located in the historical centre of Venice .We are completely restored and sunny.We have a good service and fast connection with public bus from Marco Polo (Venice airport , about 30 minutes trip) and Treviso (about 1 hour trip).FIRST OF ALL IS NECESSARY TO COME IN OUR RECEPTION. WE OPEN AT 8.00 A.M. AND WE CLOSE AT 00.00 P.M.WE KINDLY ASK YOU TO LET US KNOW YOUR ARRIVAL TIME.We dispose of private rooms and mixed dorm.ALL ROOMS HAVE THE PRIVATE BATHROOM, INSIDE THE ROOM OR OUTSIDE IT ON SAME FLOOR.They have a basic furnishing with colour TV, refrigerator, fans and a heating system. We also supply linen and towels.DURING THE HIGH SEASON A LITTLE SELF-SERVICE BREAKFAST IS AVAILABLE IN YOUR ROOM.CHECK-OUT IS AT 10 A.M. AND ROOMS ARE READY FROM 3.00 P.M. If you arrive early you could leave your baggage in our free deposit bags.Our staff are more than happy to help you find the cool spots in Venice to have a 'good old fun time' or even find quiet serene places where you can feel 'Venetian in Venice'.HAVE A GREAT STAY IN VENICE WITH US!
