WE DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT CARD NOR VISA ELECTRON, RESERVATIONS MADE WITH THESE CARDS WILL BE CANCELLED AND THE DEPOSIT WON'T BE REFUNDED.Spiral Bed and Breakfast is a non smoking, cozy, clean and quiet 3 room guest house in heart of Amsterdam just 10 minutes from Centraal Station. NO RESERVATIONS AFTER 6 PM ACCEPTEDSpiral is ideal for students and backpackers looking for budget accomodations. Breakfast is not included but guest can use the kitchen for 5 euros a day per. Centrally located on the Prinsengracht canal, famous attractions such as the Leidseplein, Museumplein, Anne Frank House, the Heineken Brewery Museum and Rembrandtplein, are all in a short walking distance. There is plenty of hot water and towels are provided if needed. Trams and bus lines are very close to the property. We ask that guest be specific as possible with their arrival time. If your plane, train or travel arrangements are delayed, please call or email us to avoid a no show/cancellation charge. Services provided includes: laundry (extra cost) taxi and bicylce service, and wifi for laptop computers.PLEASE NOTE:Customers who book and do not show up or cancel their reservation less than 72 hours of arrival time will be charged for one night minimum booking and two nights minimum for bookings 2 nights or more.Twin Rooms must be booked for two nights or more. Customers who book during holidays or for more than 4 nights will be required to pay an additional 50% room deposit to Spiral Bed and Breakfast to hold your reservation and avoid cancellation of your booking by the property.Reservations made with an arrival time after 6pm will not be accepted and cancelled and you will lose your booking deposit.It is the customer's responsibility to keep Spiral Bed and Breakfast informed about late arrivals. Customers who arrive 4 hours after anticipated given arrival time without any phone call or notice to Spiral Bed and Breakfast are subject to no call no show cancellation policies. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY BOOKINGS AFTER 6PM.Room/bed prices is exclusive breakfast and tax.
