This is Pachamama house and it is rents for $100 per night. Monthly $2400.We have wireless internet, security 24 hours, private parking and cleaning service.It is the best option, for relaxing and enjoying the nature. We have a lot of wildlife in our tropical garden: butterflies, exotic birds and monkeys hanging around the trees, and our coati, a sort of raccoon, which always comes to pick up his breakfast. The bungalows and the house are about 50 mts from the beautiful and quiet beach of Mal Pais. Here surfers find perfect waves year round. Air temperature is 30-35 degrees and water 24-26. We offer surf board rentals and surf lessons. I'm a passionate kite surfer and if there is coming up some wind I'm in the ocean with a 16 m2 chute. The wind is 15-25 knots from January to May.It is possible to rent a small house 300 mts abroad and situated very quiet. It's called Casa Lisa and sleeps up to four people. It is full equipped kitchen with fridge, mixer, coffee maker and one single bed. It has two levels, the second floor have one double bed, one single bed, fan and a balcon, and have a nice terrace, too. We charge only $80 per night and it’s have a beautiful green garden. Monthly $1500Right on the beach we have simple surf cabins with double bed, one single bed, fan and private bathroom for $40 per night. On this property we have common kitchen, hammoks, volleyball court, near restaurant called Piedra Mar and internet cafe. For one month $600 . It is a perfect place in front of a well known point brake.
