About The Beach

The Beach is an intimate hostel situated right on the beach in trendy Albert Park with stunning bay views. We offer modern and affordable accommodation for backpackers and budget travellers in a small & friendly hostel. You can even do a bit of dolphin spotting from the balcony and most rooms.

We offer doubles, twins and 4 bed dorms. All beds have their own lockable luggage lockers. We also have a safe for your valuables.
We have a great new renovated bar downstairs with bar meals and drink rates for backpackers midweek. Perfect for winter, sit in front of the open fire and watch the big screen t.v. In summer come in off the beach and have a nice cold beer.

Facilities:
Tea and coffee. New Linen included. Fully equipped kitchen. Common room with DVD. Lockers in all rooms. 24 hour access (not service). . We have a Girls only dorm. Big balcony overlooking beach. Taxes included in price..
Stay 7 nights and pay for 6.
Security doors close at 11pm-12am then re-open at 9-10am. Although we have 24 hour access for guests, we are not open 24 hours and do not provide 24 hour service.
Please note: There is no internet here, nor a booking office for tours etc. We do provide brochures.
We are above a large popular bar and function rooms which closes at midnight during the week and 1am Friday and Saturday nights. Monday - Fridays, are generally quiet with chill out, Cafe Del Mar, Ibiza music filtering throughout the bar. Nice to kick back by the fire with a nightcap and tapas snack.
NB: No ensuites in any rooms.
Check ins after midday, check out 10am.
Building closes at midnight, re opens 9am. No arrivals out of those hours please.
No refunds for cancellations or not arriving. The full amount of your booking will be charged to your credit card if you fail to arrive or cancel.
