Port Douglas Retreat features traditional North Queensland architecture with the extensive use of timber in the entry, walkways and pool surrounds. Built on only two levels the building blends in with the tropical gardens that attract many native birds.

Facilities include a large freeform saltwater pool (heated winter) and spacious outdoor entertainment area with gazebo and barbecues surrounded nightly by romantic mood setting gas flames. Perfect for couples or single travellers.

Port Douglas is the closest gateway to the Great Barrier Reef. A natural wonder abundant with incredible biodiversity. Colourful coral gardens of every shape and form, home to an abundant array of tropical marine life. There's a reef tour to suit every style, making it so easily accessible that everyone can experience this extraordinary underwater world.
