About Apt. Alessa

Located just 10 minutes walking-distance from the Imperial Palace (the very centre of Vienna), this small guesthouse is located in a good living area with all facilities you need scattered right around the premises. These include banks, supermarkets, bars, internet-cafes, 24h-operated laundrette, shopping-centre and more.

Though simple, the student-rooms with bunk beds are spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

Due to our age limit, we don't accept people older than 30 years.

A fully equipped kitchenette invites you to prepare your own food, but, of course, next to our premises are plenty of restaurants offering excellent budget-priced dishes.

Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance ( before arriaval ) without exception. By booking in our premises, guests agree to this rule. For no show or late cancellations guests accept the first night being charged to their credit-cards. There is a minimum stay here of 2 continuous nights.
