Prices: Rates are quoted for Hostelling International members. All non-members will be charged an additional $4.00 per person / per night upon arrival ($8.00 a night for private rooms). Prices included all applicable taxes. Membership can be purchased at the hostel.

Want fun? We've got a 35-foot ice wall right in front of the hostel in the winter. Take a climb or watch other people from the deck. Keep an eye out for other activities like the Lumberjack Challenge, vertical bungee and twister tournaments. At night, we've got tons going on in the Storm Cellar, our on-site pub & gamehouse (free pool & foosball all the time) - a great way to enjoy the Banff experience and network with other travellers. Cougar Pete's is our pub-style restaurant, right in the hostel with full-service meals all day. If you're cooking for yourself, our guest kitchen is huge, fully equipped with lots of seating and commercial-quality cooking facilities.

Whether you're looking for a swank log cabin with a fireplace, a TV and a phone to call for room service or just a clean comfy dorm bed with a safe place to lock up your stuff, we've got it. Dorm rooms sleep a maximum of six and our private rooms range from standard doubles to superior rooms with ensuites.

Want adventure? The strength of our network allows us to get discounted rates on all sorts of activities with local providers - skiing, rafting, hiking, guided tours, you name it! Just ask when you check in. Go skiing at any of the area's ski resorts - Sunshine Village, Lake Louise Mountain Resort or Ski Mount Norquay. Get lift tickets at the front desk! Explore Banff National Park and the bustling town of Banff, hit the hot springs, look for wildlife or just take in the majestic Rocky Mountains.
