Homestay & Apartment are in separate buildings, same street, 1 block away one from each other.
Both properties are near parks.
Homestay has beautifull view of Park from 11th floor
Apartment overlooks the Andes and San Cristobal hill from the 20th floor.

If you are lucky Jose will upgrade you from the SMALL to the SUITES. 'Cross your fingers!'
Coming more than 2 people?
Well, SUITE can accomodate a 3rd person, paying separate.
Apartment can accomodate 3 to 4 people in total using double deck bed and bed sofa, paying extra.
If after you arrive you decide to stay less days, you still have to pay the original number of nights you deserved.
If you need Accomodation in Valparaiso/Vina del Mar please let me know in order to accomodate you at my parents home there.
Jose expects you to keep home safe and clean

Check In: noon/miday if no other guest checking out, otherwise you can arrive anytime. Jose will let you know in his emails.
Check Out: 8am otherwise if no other guest arriving, you can still stay until evening. Ask Jose first while at his properties. If you come back you can leave bags at home

Please write carefully your email in your booking, also verify your country of residence and flight or bus arrival time at Santiago Airport/Bus Terminal to avoid misunderstandings.

It is next to Baquedano Metro station/Plaza Italia city center and walking distance to all the major tourist attractions. Downtown is 15 minutes walk with Plaza de Armas, Mercado Central, Santa Lucia hill, San Cristobal Hill, Bellavista nightlife area (fine Constitucion street restaurants, bars and eateries, salsa clubs and gay district), Suecia street (pubs and live music) and Pablo Neruda's 'La Chascona' house. Near Barrio Brasil. Easy connection to wineries 'vinas' Concha y Toro & Cousino Macul, and also to Cajon del Maipo mountain canyon, Pomaire pottery center and countryside, and Isla Negra.

Please do not underestimate Santiago as it it a vibrant and populated Latin urban are with lots to see and do, and walk.
Jose provides maps and brochures.
Jose will send reccomendations on what to do in a 1,2,3,4 or more days stay.
Jose will do his best to help you connect with Santiago. After you make your booking you will be able to ask (ask and ask about anything) many questions to Jose and be guided on your trip organization. Please advise Jose or your age, gender and interests. Jose will send you via email Santiago Tourist reccomendatios and specially designed informational sheets including: What to See/Do/Feel, What to Eat and Where to have fun, Day Trips. All Jose's reccomendations.
He will be home monday to friday only after 8pm and he will do his best to assist you personally
Hobbies: He also has an extensive CocaCola souvenirs collection, Baseball caps, Airline memorabilia and all types of souvenirs.
Advise Jose if you have specific interests or travel plans so he can help making bookings in advance, specially for long weekends or vacation times in Chile
