About Ottavia House

Ottavia House is located in the center of Valparaiso, it was built in the first decade of the 20th century.

A completely restored place in which you can see the original woods with which it was constructed and the most essential forms of its architecture was rescued.

Ottavia House is a comfortable and safe space, within which the owners have their own house (on the second floor) to give personal attention to their guests and students.

Close to our house you can visit the main sites such as the elevators in Concepcion, El Peral Hills, Reina Victoria, Gervasoni, Yugoeslavo and Atkinson way. In the Atkinson way you can visit the House Mirador Lucas and the Municipal Museum of Bellas Artes.
