Villa Ivan is open through the whole year. This guest house was opened 30 years ago. During this period we try that our guests feel comfortable with the accomodation and with our hospitality.

Villa Ivan is situated in the peaceful location with the beautiful view on the see, islands and the port which is distant about 10-15 min walking from the house as well as the bus terminals. Distance from the Old City is about 20 - 25 min walking or by bus 5 minuta. There is also public transportation, stores and pizzeria nearby.

Villa Ivan can offer 3 high quality rooms, every room with the PRIVATE BATHROOM INSIDE, air condition, TV, automatic hair and hand drier. On disposal there are equipped kitchen and big terrace with the view, + balconys.
