Welcome to Dubrovnik. Edi's sea view rooms are located directly on the Pile Beach (Old Town), 50 meters near the historic part of Dubrovnik city center.The guest house has been recently renovated and everything inside is new.On the ground floor are 1 room with a private bathroom,king size bed,possibility of on extra bed,and triple room with a private bathroom. On the first floor we have a room with amazing sea view,king size bed,possibility of on extra bed and share bathroom.On the 2 floor there are 3 more rooms,one of them with the private bathroom, king size bed but no sea view.Other 2 rooms have amazing sea view,king size bed in each room,possibility of on extra bed and share bathroom.On the last 3th floor there is Quad, 2 more sweet little rooms,king size bed in each room,one share bathroom for this 2 rooms but each room has own balcony with amazing sea view,can almost jump from the balcony in to the sea,very romantic for couples.
Every room in house has a fridge and fan inside.
Our guests are always very happy with our accommodation and friendly atmosphere and that is why they always leave satisfied and they always recommend us.
2 rooms with a private bathroom and triple room with the private bathroom have no sea view.All the other rooms have amazing sea view but share bathroom.3 rooms with amazing sea view share bathroom,and 1 Ouad own bathroom,balcony and of course amazing sea view.

Our guest house is just 30 seconds walking from the beach, old town main street,from grocery store, internet coffe, restaurants, galleries, historical monuments and numerous cafes and bars. We are sure you will enjoy Dubrovnik and our guest house.City center of Dubrovnik is a place were you can have anything you want from a vacation from fun, culture beautiful nature and romantic touch. Friendly owner Edi will help you any time with anything, they call him a walking travel agent and he is always around the house and there for you,speaks very good English and German. Please note that payment on arrival is in cash.We do not accept Credit Card payments.Minimum stay is 2 nights.Property and rooms are closed and not available to stay every year 2 months, from 03.January-03-March because of the family vacation.
